Delivery times

 

The delivery time for products in stock to addresses in Switzerland is usually

 

·         5 to 7 working dayswith Economy shipping

 

In the case of products that are not in stock, the expected delivery date can be seen in the online shop or can be requested by email at info@angelofortuna.com.

 

Change or cancellation of the order, delivery dates

 

For logistical reasons, orders that have been placed can no longer be added, changed or canceled after they have been submitted; Orders placed will be processed automatically as soon as possible.

 

All of the expected delivery dates mentioned are non-binding. Reservations for a later date or deliveries on the requested date are not possible.

 

No viewing or selection programs

 

We only deliver new goods to our customers in their original packaging. For this reason, it is not desirable to order viewing or selection items. We expressly point out that our conditional right of return applies exclusively to unused, clean, flawless products in undamaged original packaging.

 

Prices, shipping costs & terms of payment

 

Prices

 

All prices include Swiss value added tax (VAT), but not shipping costs. Price changes and errors are reserved at all times.

 

Shipping

 

The shipping costs are charged as a flat rate for postage and packaging per order as follows:

 

·         Switzerland: CHF 8.40

 

·         Germany, Austria, Italy: CHF 18.40

 

When delivering products that have to be delivered by a shipping company due to their mass or weight, additional delivery costs are incurred. In these cases, please refer to the relevant information in the online shop for further information.
